Our Story
Full Circle was founded in 2019 by Malarie Starcher with a simple but powerful vision: to offer down-to-earth human resources and coaching services to local businesses in her community. What began as a one-woman operation quickly grew through hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others. Over the years, the team expanded, and so did the type of services offered. Today, in 2025, Full Circle proudly offers recruiting, payroll processing, and more—while staying true to the values it was built on: integrity, care, and a commitment to supporting hardworking people. You may notice our logo, business cards, and website have evolved—dropping the “HR” to reflect our broader scope—but our heart remains the same. We’re honored to serve our community by doing what we love, for people who love what they do.
